Should Metaverse Be Developed From Children’s Perspective?

There is no one answer to this question. Some people may say yes, Metaverse should be developed from the point of view of children. That is because they are the future users of the internet. Others might feel differently, though. The reason being children are not the only users of the internet. There are other things to consider when developing Metaverse and the opinion of children definitely matters. What the Community Thinks About the Issue Most people believe that it is all up to the developers of Metaverse to decide how they want to approach this issue. Moving on, people feel that this creates a sense of entitlement among the children who use Metaverse. Besides, they will not be able to understand or appreciate the work that goes into maintaining it. In addition, some feel that this could lead to a detachment from reality, thereby, causing children to spend more time in the virtual world than in the real world. However, others say that it will result in fewer outdoor activities for children and that it could lead to cyberbullying. Some people argue that the metaverse should not be according to children because they are not the only users of the internet. Other people may say that if Metaverse should be developed from children’s perspective it may also reduce children’s creativity and imagination.
