Federal Judge Says SBF Could Have His Bail Revoked

According to multiple reports, during a hearing on February 16 about Sam Bankman-Fried’s bail conditions, federal judge Lewis Kaplan stated that there was “probable cause” to believe that SBF may have attempted to tamper with a witness, and as a result, his bail could potentially be revoked. SBF Could Be Remanded in Prison If Bail Revoked Kaplan suggested that the FTX founder might be remanded in prison until his trial in October if his bail is revoked.
