The Acorn Collective is an Ethereum-based crowdfunding platform that provides accessible, transparent and more likely to succeed crowdfunding campaigns. OAK is an ERC20 token that serves as a currency on the Acorn Collective.

The Acorn Collective will be holding its ICO on May 26th, 2018. The ICO token supply represents 60% of the total token supply, so there will be a total of 39,000,000 tokens available, for 1.40 USD each at the offering. The ICO funding target is 5,000,000 USD, the funding cap is 35,000,000 USD and is expected to end on June 24th, 2018 or when the funding cap is reached.
